When the A380 plane first came out, I occasionally boarded the business class and the first class for the business trip betwen South Korea and the United States, but finally I'm posting a first class review.
I still remember that feeling when I first boarded the Korean Air A380 first class. Celestial Bar was amazing, which looks like it was benchmarked by Emirates. It was a shame that there were not many cocktail types, but I was satisfied with a differentiated service than before, but time really flies, seeing that the A380 is now spherical.
If you reserve the first class, you will get a convenience clothes unlike a business class, and you can apply for a size suitable for your body in advance.
In addition, the difference from business seats is that business seats offer more meal options if you reserve a meal in advance, but first-class seats do no offer meal reservation nor more options as meal reservation is not available.
Convenience clothes, blankets, amenities, and ear phones are prepared when you sit down.
Amenity has become insolvent compared to before, so I was disappointed to think that they were doing cost reduction for the company but sacrificing the customer service.
There are also slippers just like the business class.
First Class Meal
When I go on a business trip to North America, I will eat a lot of meat, so I don't want to eat meat for in-flight meals. So I ordered for seared sole fillet, so it would be good to refer to it.
The pre-meal service was served. It tasted good.
Caviar was ok.
Soup was delicious.

Sherbet was ok.

Fruit and dessert were good.
I usually ate ramen for snacks for the first-class or business class, but this time I ate jajangmyeon, but it wasn't very delicious, but it was okay.
They serve me breakfast before I arrive at LAX airport. You know how yogurt and cereal taste like..
The scrambled eggs, potatoes, pork sausages, and vegetables were delicious.
I don't know if it's because I'm full but I didn't like the dessert fruit.
KAL Premium Arrival shower service is enough to satisfy you even after arriving in Korea, but I don't use it because I'm busy going home after arriving at Incheon Airport, but it seems to be a great service for foreigners who came to Korea.
Summary: Compared to the A380 first class I experienced at first, the A380 first class is unimpressed now and is getting old. It feels like they are cutting costs after COVID-19. The service is still satisfactory, but I feel strongly that they are cutting costs for the price, so I personally want to give 3 out of 5 points.
